Object Studies
(Adobe Illustrator)

01.2025  The object studies originated from a fascination with speaker design and the visual complexity of everyday objects. The project served as an exercise to enhance proficiency in Adobe Illustrator through the exploration of form, color, and light. Several objects were recreated digitally, focusing on how real-world materials and lighting conditions could be represented using only vector shapes.

Special attention was given to the use of gradients, highlights, and shadows to create depth and realism while maintaining the clarity of vector design. The study emphasised the relationship between observation and digital translation, resulting in a series of detailed illustrations that showcase both technical precision and an understanding of visual composition.
